The Building part of permitting is offered to help Owner Builders pull permits for their home whether its a new home or you are completing a renovation or maybe tragedy struck and you need a small permit like a roofing permit we have you covered. We also work with contractors, delvelopers, investors, realtors and more throughout Florida.
The 8th Edition (2023) of the Florida Building Codes takes effect on January 1, 2024. All permit applications submitted on or after this date will be reviewed according to the new Codes.
Permit applications submitted prior to this date will be reviewed under the 7th Edition (2020).
